Interns:
Did you know that CCC has a decades long history of excellent internships? We have had interns in worship, youth, children’s ministries and even executive leadership. Our interns have preached, led retreats, mentored students, and done building maintenance. Internships are a powerful way to discern future calling and get a broad experience in the diversity of responsibilities in church ministry. Here’s a quick snapshot of where some former CCC interns have gone on to serve. We have two military chaplains serving with the Army. One who just got ordained as a Covenant pastor. One who started a kingdom-minded construction company and another who is a spiritual director. We just recently heard from an intern who started pastoring a nearly dying church of 50 people and grew it into a healthy congregation that also grew to 500 people.
When you support the general fund of CCC you are helping future ministers discern leading from God, learn their gifts, grow in areas of weakness, and gain priceless experience along the way.
