Yes, it’s time for the Spring IMPACT Class Session to start – Thursday April 25th! Here’s the lineup for the classes this session. We will have a sign-up link in our April Flourish Newsletter – as well as the Friday All Church Email as the time gets closer. However, check your schedule and get one of these great classes penciled in and/or talk to a friend about them.  Sometimes offering to go with the friend is a great way to encourage others and learn yourself!

DAILY LIFE SKILLS: LIFESTYLES

AdventHealth’s whole-person care approach is designed to help you put your health – and life – back into your own hands. It’s not just about healing what’s wrong, it’s about celebrating what’s right, and helping you create a life of better health, more joy, less stress and a trusting relationship with God.

FORGIVENESS CLASS

Are you struggling with feelings of guilt and shame, unable to forgive yourself? Or been consumed with anger and bitterness, unable to forgive others? Let’s take a fresh look at old messages from the Bible: how the actions of conviction, repentance, and confession hold the keys to the freedom given to us through grace and forgiveness.

SAFE PEOPLE CLASS

Is your “people picker” broken and in need of repair? Safe People will explore the character traits in others and in ourselves that make relationships unhealthy and teach us to discern when others are guided by Biblical spiritual principles that connect us to each other so that our mutual needs for affection, affirmation and acknowledgement are met according to God’s plan for our lives.

HOW WE LOVE

What if you discovered your relationship problems (marriage, family and friends) began before you met the significant others in your current life? Be freed to move toward compassion and forgiveness by exploring the roots of how we relate to and express love for ourselves and others.
